Return and Cancellation Policy

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

  • A description of the product and reason for return.
  • Any images or other supporting documentation (if applicable).

We will guide you through the return process. You may be required to return the product to us at your expense unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

Orders can be canceled within 4-5 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at pvtltdmextogenit@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped or processed. Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
